Elisabeth Kvernen

My name is Elisabeth and I'm currently studying for my MFA in graphic design in Baltimore, MD. I spent the 2005-2006 academic year studying Arabic and the Ruq'a style of Arabic calligraphy in Damascus, Syria. I'm interested in studying contemporary Arabic calligraphy & design for my master's thesis, which will begin in spring '09. I look forward to connecting with and learning from the members of this site.
