Mediamatic Fabriek is a gallery, project space, aquaponics farm and cafeteria in the Van Gendthallen in Amsterdam. Since December 2011 we have been experimenting with the space's possibilities through public exhibitions, events, workshops and parties. Currently we are transforming the space into a collective, temporary town, the Freezing Favela. A flexible space that is open for experiments with new ways of building, growing, isolating, energizing and programming in winter conditions. Join us.
