Liaison launches its inaugural exhibition and kickoff of international editions on the 2nd of April. In Amsterdam, four galleries are presenting a crossover between classical and contemporary figurative art, surrealism, realism and related movements. Traditional techniques are exhibited alongside digital art in the industrial Loods 6 building. The exhibition concept matches the word ‘liaison’, what is loosely translated as a connection, close cooperation or adventure.

Kinky and experimental works alongside fine art and craftsmanship
Liaison offers something for everyone. For admirers of masterful paintings, bizarre sculptures and staged photography. And anyone who is seduced by landscapes, still lifes and glass sculptures. Kinky and experimental works are exhibited alongside fine art and craftsmanship. The exhibition concept focuses on creating a platform for artists and collectors by initiatives from professional galleries.

Exhibition concept by galleries
Liaison is launched in Amsterdam and will then travel to Antwerp and Miami. Sometimes in new formations, and always with the same objective. Breaking through maze like settings by a clear and distinct presentation of art. Liaison is an initiative of Marcel Salome who wants to encourage further cooperation between professional galleries. The initiative arose from the success of the last two Dreamscape exhibitions, organized by Salome and Cabinodd. This first Liaison in Amsterdam also welcomes the Dutch Galerie Bonnard and Belgian ArtHebda Consulting.
