Mediamatic is now the proud owner of a waterside restaurant and bar: Mediamatic ETEN. We try to use as little animal products as possible and bake our vegan pizza's in the homebuilt Wood-Fired Clay Oven. The herbs come from our own Aquaponics System (a durable food production system) and off course you will find a lot of fermented products on the menu. Including our own homebrewed myco beer.
