What are the pros and cons of producing food in the city? Cow Els from the Tosti Factory is separated from her calf. Something that happens to every dairy cow in the Netherlands. Els doesn't like this, and she lets it be heard. This caused a lot of reactions from the neighborhood. Do we want city dwellers to see more of the food process, or should that be done behind closed doors?
