The dean of the School of Cognitive and Computing Sciences, University of Sussex, who, as a philosopher and psychologist, has spent much of her time reasearching intelligence, creativity and development.

For this she compares natural intelligence or creativity to computer models of intelligence. Even though biological evolution did not bring computers, Boden will use her lecture to question if a computer model of the mind can cope with the evolutional development of the mind.
