Kwame Anthony Appiah

Appiah is Laurance S. Rockefeller University Professor of Philosophy at the University Center for Human Values at Princeton University. He was born in London and grew up in Ghana. Among his bokks are 'In my Fathers House: Africa in the Philosophy of Culture'; 'Color Conscious: The Political Morality of Race' (with Amy Gutmann); 'Thinking it through' and 'The Ethics of Identity'. His most recent book is 'Cosmopolitanism: Ethics in a World of Strangers'.
