It was still an early prototype as Krone and Avelãs used Turbo Super yeast that aids fermentation this time around. In the next few months, we will be experimenting with fermentation as well as building a still so that the White Trash Factory solely from the local community.

First sip of vodka
In collaboration with Alexander Krone (Denmark) and André Avelãs (Portugal) our favela started producing white spirits out of organic trash collected from the neighbourhood. During Slum Sessions #2 participants tried the first batch of vodka from our very own White Trash Factory.
