Our plant-based dishes are based on the seasonal ingredients and are meant for sharing. We pick our herbs and flowers from our own Aquaponics Garden and collaborate with local farmers. Our "table d'hôte" menu is changing regularly, so no visit will be the same.
Due to the new corona-measurements, we have to close our restaurant at 22:00. According to this, we are forced to make changes in our planning and schedule.
The second dinner shift now starts one hour earlier. So we start at 19:45 instead of 20:45. This way there is enough time to have a relaxed dinner.
