General

What is your corona policy?

Health is important to us. That is why we always follow the advice of the RIVM.

We also recommend this:

  • Wash your hands well before and after touching door handles and toilets.
  • Do not lick the toilet seat. Sitting on it does not pose any additional danger.
  • Do not open the door handle with your mouth, but with your hands. And wash those hands.
  • Cough in your elbow and stay at home with symptoms.

But it’s not only important to be cautious and safe, it is also important to reflect on these times. We will have to talk, discuss, try and experiment. At Mediamatic, we are doing that together. And we invite you to think along. At an appropriate distance.

Therefore, participate in one of our activities. We offer various workshops that take place at an appropriate distance. You can participate in our aroma lab on Thursdays, where you can experiment with scent. At the bar you can get a seed card for 5 euros for our interactive installation Twijfel Zaaien. You are free to walk around our building and see the different exhibitions and on Friday we invite you to join our free tour of the exhibitions and installations.

Also good to know: to keep traffic in and around Mediamatic running smoothly, we keep the entrance on the center side closed during corona times. If you come from the central station / climbing wall / Hanneke's boom, you have to walk around the building and enter at the other side.
