Angela Plohman

Angela Plohman works as content coordinator for the website Labforculture.org, a project initiated by the European Cultural Foundation in Amsterdam. With a very practical goal in mind Angela participated in the workshop. Her main question: How can I make use of tagging instead of the hierarchical classifications systems or taxonomies. She was especially inspired by the lecture of Andy Smith about the new browser Flock. It builds up a whole new framework from which you can see the world. But it was only until the last day of the workshop that Angela could really apply a lot of her new ideas and questions to her own work. Questions she can well use for the metadata workshop she is organizing next week to bring the design of the website to a next stage.
