Through the Max for Live users group we hope to encourage a strong community of Max/MSP and Max for Live users in the Netherlands. The meeting is a place to get to know other users of all levels of expertise.

MaxMSP and MaxForLive Users Welcome!
Max for Live brings all the control data routing, algorithmic composition, and live processing power of Max/MSP into the intuitive, clip-based environment of Live. It's a perfect match for those looking to do sophisticated live electronics within an elegant interface. Each month, STEIM is happy to be hosting the meeting of Amsterdam's Max for Live Users Group, organized by local MaxMSP expert Danny de Graan and users like yourself. MaxMSP and Live users are welcome!

Come present your latest work, either finished projects or works in progress, share the patches and devices you have created and get feedback from other users on your work. If you have specific questions about Max/MSP and Max For Live, or want to learn to do specific things using Max/MSP and Live, then we can look into these topics together.

Each meeting features presentations by some of the participants and encourages open discussion about whatever project you're currently working on. STEIM will provide a studio space, beamer, and PA-system for your music-making pleasure, but do let us know if you need any special additional equipment!
