I was born in Baltimore/USA; I am the Editor of Font Content at Linotype GmbH in Bad Homburg, Germany. During my first visit to Mainz in 2001, I decided to become a type designer. After completing a BFA in Graphic Design at RISD, I moved to Europe for good. With four other students from the HfG Offenbach, I co-founded the typographic collective »TypeOff.de« and the »Typostammtisch« in 2004. I spend far too much time on the Internet; I am a moderator at Typophile.com as well as a member of the ATypI.
