In 1917 Louis Reyners build this shed for his company specialized in hoist and lift gear. In the beginning of the 21st century it became an inspiring gathering place for all sorts of companies working in the creative industry. It was such a success that they expanded and build an extra 5000 square meters in the same industrial and open style. Now over fifty companies have there office at Pand Noord.
