A Closer Look at The Joy of Sound

The idea of this work is to document a project called The Joy of Sound through photography and film. Using music as a common language, The Joy of Sound brings together disabled people, carers, musicians, children, parents, with a very organic and inclusive proposal. The photographers, Marcella Haddad and Elcio Carrico, will focus on their extraordinary lives, their unique stories and their profound human experiences.
I want to be able to edit the photography and the film in a way that I can tell this story using Korsakow system to be able to create an online intereractive story.
I would like to create a quite dreamy short film where for a fragment of time you can fell and experiment with the people that are filmed their felling in this music experience.
...When I first went to see and hear the Joy of sound I did not quite know what to do, I never beeng to a music class and as well I found it very hard to relate to those people but at the same time I was curisios and as well want to see more ...with few visits I realised that we all have our owny disabilities and it has being a fascinting process for me to have access to share and be there.
