Faustine Puras graduated in Moscow art academy as a fine art painter. Nowadays she focuses more on the personal mix of materials, media and approach.
From spaces, landscapes, but mostly rusty surfaces, she develops natural inviroments, interior experiences or external views.
All final works are photographs, none of the orginal works remain as such, but the photograph itself becomes the new piece. In strict terms she should be called a photographer in fine arts, but that she refuses. Mixed media artist is the nearest and most hounest term.
