During Dutch Design Week on the Ketelhuisplein in Eindhoven we danced and pressed the mycelium bricks from Verbruggen Paddestoelen. Arne Hendriks builds pigeon towers with mycelium. These structures are an ongoing experiment to build with living mycelium waste from oyster mushroom farms.
