Refunding a Workshop ticket

When a workshop gets cancelled, it sometimes happens that a workshop participant cannot make it to a future workshop.
In this case you ask them for:

  • Full name
  • Bank details

When you have their particulars, send an email to Jans (jans@mediamatic.nl) and provide the following information:

  • Amount paid
  • Workshop they were supposed to attend
  • Workshop participant's full name
  • Workshop participant's bank details

When this is done, please go to Stager and mark the ticket as Refunded. This helps us keep track of any pending workshop tickets.
