We are pleased to announce that registration to Mindplay is now open.
Mindplay will deliver a rich and exciting programme of presentations of practice-led research, posters, academic papers, demonstrations, activities as well as an exhibition of interactive installations. We are also pleased to announce that Jon Dovey, Reader in Screen Media at Bristol University will present the opening keynote address. Jon is co-author of a forthcoming book on Game Culture due to be published by the Open University Press in 2006. Dr Charles Kriel will be presenting the closing speech. Charles is the UN WSIS National Expert on Digital Media for the UK. For the last five years, he served as BBC Radio 1's Resident Artist.
