Jos van Campen (1960) is a geriatrician working in the MC Slotervaart hospital in Amsterdam. He is head of the department and educator of medical specialists in geriatrics and psychiatry. His focus in research is on cognition in first generation elderly migrants and the relation between cognition, gait and bodily balance. Currently he is involved in the development of a "serious game" to accelerate revalidation after a hip fracture.
