Deep fried white bean/ kapucijner/red kidney bean/vicia faba tempeh with vinegar

The white bean tempeh looked goldenly tanned, very inviting. Red kidney bean, kapucijner and vicia faba tempeh looked brownly tanned. They all smelled like deep fried food, quite nice. They all are very chewy. The white bean tempeh tastes a nice fish flavour, and red kidney tempeh is nicely sour.
