Oven bake non-vinegar group, red bean, mung bean and quinoa

They all keep the strong mycelium feeling and taste. The red bean and mung bean sample are both super acidic, while the quinoa sample tastes nice to all of us, crunchy and mycelium-like, chewy in the non-burnt part, not sour.
