As an Agricultural Scientist and Designer, I joined the Mediamatic Clean Lab team to explore the potential of Microorganisms. Fungal tissue is where culinary and esthetics overlap. Exploring this crossover territory feeds my appetite for experiments, novelty and off-charts applications – both in the food and non-food realm.
