Temple Grandin (*1947) is an American academic and animal behaviorist. She is famous for her design for a more animal friendly slaughterhouse. 

She is also an autism spokesperson and, being autistic herself, has published a number of books about autism and her own mind, among which 'Thinking in Pictures' (1995) and the new 'Visual Thinking' (2022).

Grandin currently works as a faculty member with Animal Sciences at the Colorado State University.
