Flax (linen) has been used for centuries in the textile industry. Substituting cotton for being more resistant, many from around the world also use linen seeds for culinary purpose as it is a highly nutricious crop. The plant is very tall, around 1.2 m. Linen takes part in a big portion of humanity's history.
