Fermentation is the process that converts sugar to acids, gases, or alcohol. With our program line-up The Zuursalon you can get to know all about fermentation and how you can do it for yourself. Learn at our Workshop How to make Kimchi to prepare the traditional Korean dish, which is made by fermenting cabbage, or follow our Brew your own Beer workshop to learn about the more delightful side of fungi and bacteria.

June 17 - Glamdown at the Mediamatic Ballroom

The vinegar edition, the proces of double fermenting. Together with Zuursalon curator Meneer Wateetons we will explore the world of vinegar.
