Catalan biotechnologist specialized in mushroom cultivation, fermentation and innovative mycotechnologies, more specifically in mechanisms regarding symbiotic relationships between fungi, animals and plants.

B.Sc. in Forest Engineering (2008) and M.Sc. in Cellular and Molecular Biology of Plants by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2011), Antoni currently works as consultant and research scientist for diverse companies in the fermentation and fungal biotechnology sector. He is the Chief Technology Officer at MOGU since March 2018, an environmentally-conscious company dedicated to developing and scaling-up a range of mycelium-based technologies for the production of innovative and naturally-grown biomaterials.

Antoni has previously worked in several international biotechnology companies and organisations across continents such as Ecovative Design LLC (2016-2017), Mushroom Production Center MPC GmbH (2015), Mondo Mycologicals B.V. (2014-2015) and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München LMU (2013-2014). Since 2017 he is also member of the advisory board of Kanpur FlowerCycling Pvt. Ltd., a circular economy enterprise focused on recycling floral-waste from temples in Uttar Pradesh (India) into biodegradable household goods.
