Call for artists, designers and architects: Mycelium Design

Are you interested in exploring and developing bio-materials?

University Utrecht, Officina Corpuscoli and Mediamatic have set up a research project on the use of mycelium in design, art and architecture. We welcome designers, artists, scientists and architects, who are inspired by the potential of this new material, to work with us. We offer a network of experts to exchange knowledge and ideas, and the opportunity to collaborate with a research team of the Microbiology faculty of the UU. Moreover, we have built our own mobile Clean Room that is free to use for experiments.
