Gay Pride Rainbow -

AMSTERDAM GAY PRIDE THIS WEEKEND

The Amsterdam Gay Pride events kick-off this weekend. The Canal Parade is on Saturday the 1st of August and a group from the Gemeente are beginning their boat parade at Mediamatic. Thank you to everyone that will be helping out on the day to serve coffee and tea in the morning and then champagne at night. Carlotta will be coordinating this day please speak to her if you would like to help out. Let's make a great impression and make sure the place is looking nice for our guests!

ROOMS TO RENT

If you have a friend or a friend of a friend looking for a lovely new housemate, keep in mind that Sebastian, Hayley and Isabelle will all be searching for new homes around September (Hayley and Sebastian) and December (Isabelle). If you hear of anything please come and have a chat with us. Thank you!

TEAM LUNCHES

Thank you to everyone who has cooked up delicious meals for the team over the past few weeks. If you are interested in cooking one day please speak to Anne.

GINGER BEER BREWING ROUND 2

The ginger beer brewing team have trialled another recipe this week which will be ready to taste next week sometime. If you like ginger beer please come try a glass when it's ready and give us your honest opinion.

ART SQUARE AMSTERDAM

Amsterdam’s Museumplein has been turned into an open-air museum for the fourth annual edition of Art Square Amsterdam. The exhibition runs from the 24th to the 30th of July (tomorrow is your last chance to check it out). It features works by more than 50 artists. This year the event pays tribute to Vincent Van Gogh, marking his death 125 years ago. You can click here to sign up for a free tour of the exhibition or just head down to Museumplein yourself.
