Two artists are sitting in a second floor cafe in the Central Hundori, Sannomiya, Kobe. The artists do not share a language in common, yet their conversation is lively and animated.
The two men sit side by side while across from them sits the interpreter creating a bridge for their thoughts.

Natsu is a Senior Lecturer in Japanese Language at Bowdoin College (USA) and Chairperson of the Modern Languages Programs at Canadian Academy in Kobe. She is a certified translator having worked in the Translation Studies Program at Binghamton University as well as a skilled interpreter. Most recently she provided language support to a US Trade Delegation from the State of Miane to Amori Prefecture. Also she provides translation services to the several authors working on bilingual publications under the Maine/Amori Sister State agreement.
