I am an independent curator from Kuala Lumpur, now based in Amsterdam. Currently, I am working on the Olfactory History of Oosterdok project at Mediamatic and co-curator of visual arts and theory at Other Futures, a multidisciplinary festival presenting speculative visions of the future.

I am a curious cat when it comes to reworlding—proposals on repositioning the human among non-humans, and reorienting human connectivity to time and space.

Upon graduation from De Appel Curatorial Programme 2017-18, I was awarded the De Appel Curatorial Research Fellowship 2018-19.

My long term research project Spectres of Batavia in the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam pursues the network of collaborations and influence between Netherlands and Indonesia that haunt the margins of museum's collection exhibition.

Recent projects include the exhibition Elsewheres Within Here at Framer Framed, co-editing Practice Space a volume published with De Appel and NAME Publications on approaches in responding to context by art initiatives around the globe.
