What you will do
After the workshop, you are able to recognize a variety of edible plants with their associated health benefits. You go home with a full stomach, a handout of all the presented plants and recipes, so that you can continue at home right away.
Leoniek Bontje studied Fine Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and graduated in 2008. She showed her work in different places and galeries. She is a herb specialist. Together with Yvet Noordermeer she started Buitenkeuken in 2016. They give workshops in wild picking to reconnect people with 'real food': wild, edible plants, nuts and fruits.
