The Lagoon is an interactive installation loosely based on an adaptation of a Joseph Conrad story of the same name. First published in 1897, the story revolves around two brothers, a lover, and ultimately, deceit. Betrayal and loss, but with a happy ending!

The visitor is instructed to wear headphones and follow the guide's voice through dark passageways, using only a small flashlight to light the way. The storyteller's voice builds up a tension which seems to be leading to a fatal ending. Thirteen drawings inside the installation illustrate the story.
