Third course of the lunch in the Serres

For the re opening of Mediamatic ETEN and the Serres Séparées we've teamed up with vegan chef Elmer Kesseler. He provides a rich plant-based lunch and dinner, composed with seasonal produce, self foraged herbs, and fresh picked edible flowers from our Aquaponic greenhouse.
