Kool Kabbage

It turned out to be a good cabbage-year. In fact, this year’s cabbage harvest turned out so good, there is more cabbage than farmer Krispijn van den Dries can process for a fair price. What to do with a food-surplus of 60.000 kilos of cabbages? Mediamatic takes them on to survive the winter on cabbage and to question the value of our food. Join us from December to March 2018 for a variety of workshops, performances and our edible cabbage installation.
