Different foraged plants and herbs - Suzana Orsolic

What you will do

We will use intriguing herbs and recipes, which are recorded in Hildegard's classic texts, to create remedies which can safely and effectively help to balance our modern minds. You will go home with recipes, unusual preparations to continue using at home and spices of joy.

Tamara Last

"Foraging developed as an inevitable consequence of spending so much time with plants. The more untamed the plant, the more it called my attention."

Her emerging herbology practice integrates her work as a birth doula, a gardener, a cook, a craft-maker, a mother, a volunteer, an event organiser and an interdisciplinary social scientist. She is particularly interested in reconnecting adults with the wild and nurturing in young children a profound and gentle connection to the natural world.
