Please note: Our restaurant will be closed as of Thursday the 15th of October
As we encourage to keep on researching and learning together, we took measurements to keep our workshops, lectures and open tours safe for groups.
At every entrance there is a sanitation station. When entering. our guests will be asked to disinfect their hands and fill in the health-checklist. We also collect the names and contact-information of everyone that comes in our restaurant. We do not keep this information longer than needed (14 days).
There is a maximum capacity of 10 participants for each workshop. The space will be adjusted to the amount of participants, to make sure that it is possible to keep at least 1,5 meter distance. The teachers will pay attention that windows are open for ventilation, and that participants keep distance when moving around. They will wear face-masks/shields and latex gloves. Participants will be asked to do the same.
Our Odorama lectures take place in the spacious barn. The maximum amount of people that are allowed on site is 30 (including kids, without staff) . This is according to the new corona measures of the government. With this capacity, distance can easily be maintained. As the barn is located outside, there is always fresh air coming into the space. (Even though we have heating it can be cold in here. We advice to bring a sweater!). Participants will be asked to wear a face-mask when moving around.
We are now also live-streaming our lectures via Instagram live. The bodily experience that is common to our Odorama lecture will not get lost as we are sending out sample-kits with flavours and smells before the start of the lecture. With this package the lecture can be fully experienced from home.
We allow a maximum of 4 persons per tour. If the group is bigger, we will divide the group over several tour-guides. Our guides wear a face-mask/shield and latex gloves. There is a sanitation station at all indoor spaces of the tour. 1.5 meter distance will be respected at all times and participants are reminded of this regularly. We encourage participants to wear a face-mask.
We have adjusted the maximum capacity and adjusted the arrangement of each space to current Covid-19 regulations. Our unique venues can still be used to organise a corona-safe gathering with a maximum of 30 visitors. At the moment, we are not aloud to provide catering.
For each space we made a corona-map that shows the maximum amount of individuals that can fit into the space depending on the specific event set up. You can check out the maximum capacity per space and setup here.
We offer the opportunity to bid your deceased farewell one last time at our unique location. As the government made exceptions for funerals, and our venue is spacious enough, we will be able to receive up to 100 visitors. If wished, we do also provide a plant-based catering.
