I use my practice to find serenity within the chaos of the everyday. My concepts are driven by identity and my surroundings. I can be inspired from anything, from litter in the street to socio-political events, to museums, exhibitions and films. I use print making, painting and ink while incorporating non-conventional materials. My experimental approach to drawing, textiles and film is graphic and cinematic. With a strong interest in repurposed materials, sustainability and sensory material futures. My colour stories are inspired by my climate. I have a strong passion in creating visual stories of my designs using sound, film and animation. My work has been applied to a varied selection of art, homewares, fashion and film. I believe that my insights in craft are supported by a cross disciplinary practice where I find that my work in one discipline will influence my work in another.
