Second course of the lunch in the Serres - Reopening Serres Séparées For the re-opening of Mediamatic ETEN and the Serres Séparées we've teamed up with vegan chef Elmer Kesseler. He provides a rich plant-based lunch and dinner, composed with seasonal produce, self foraged herbs, and fresh picked edible flowers from our Aquaponic greenhouse.  Sjoerd Houben

Rakan is interested in using mycelium as a building material - Particpant Meet a Maker Rakan is an architecture student who wanted to meet Arne because he is interested in using mycelium as a building material. He sees the mycelium project as impactful as it can be a sustainable building material for the future. During the meet-up Arne and Rakan discussed possible architectural structures for the towers, and from now on he will probably pass by more often to help build!  Ben Hopley
